In regulated industries, “it works” is where the questions start. Who approved the data flow? Where is the audit trail? What happens when the rule changes? Cross-Proof is our answer to those questions, and it shapes every project from the first conversation to the handover.

    Rules first

    Before features, we document the constraints: applicable regulation, data flows, audit requirements, hosting and liability. They become inputs to the architecture. Compliance that is designed in costs a fraction of compliance that is added later.

    One user, one moment

    Every system has a moment where the current process fails a real person: the compliance officer running checks by hand, the trader waiting on a manual settlement, the tenant sending a deposit to a stranger. We name that person and that moment. It becomes the definition of done.

  3. 03

    Patterns from other sectors

    We look for where this problem has already been solved well and adapt the pattern. A regulated onboarding can follow the logic of a checkout. A compliance dashboard can borrow from operations software. A property marketplace can use the data discipline of a trading system. Starting from a working pattern is faster and safer than starting from a blank page.

    The hardest part first

    The piece with the highest technical or regulatory risk is built as a working proof in the first two weeks, before the rest of the system exists. If it cannot be done, you learn that early and cheaply. If it can, the rest of the project is built on something real.

    Verifiable increments

    We ship in short, reviewable stages. Decisions, data handling and test results are recorded during the work, not reconstructed afterwards. By launch, the documentation an auditor expects already exists as a byproduct of building.

  3. 06

    Handover with evidence

    You receive the system and the material that supports it: architecture notes, a map from each regulatory requirement to the code that implements it, test coverage, and full ownership of the repository. You never depend on us to explain your own software.
